The intention of the Inspirational Leadership program is to build the capacity of participants “to deliver positive sales and service experiences in every customer interaction” by being a more “positive inspirational leader.”
About the program: Inspirational Leadership is a professional development program designed to enhance the emotional intelligence, well being and performance of sales and service professionals.
Participants can enhance their journey to being a more positive inspirational role model by going within and accessing the sub conscious beliefs and emotions that have defined their lives so far. They will engage in activities and exercises to change any limiting beliefs that are sabotaging their personal success and happiness.
Program overview: Find - Keep - Grow model For a business to be successful it must continually find new clients, keep its existing clients and grow the business. Participants will consider their role in each of these areas and set goals.
The Law of Attraction (change your law of attraction to change your life)
What we continually focus on unconsciously or consciously we attract more of into our lives. This statement makes sense when you think about it at a logical level your thoughts influence your emotions or state of mind and your emotions impact your actions and results. This means you play a huge role in the creation of your life experiences and destiny. The challenge comes when we consciously set goals and have desires to live our life a certain way but our life is not working out the way we hoped. You see there are two aspects for every situation in life there is the desire to have something and the fear of not being able to get it. Which ever is your strongest and most common emotion will be what you will attract. You might have the desire to loose weight but you still over eat or maybe you want to be financially secure but you can't get out of debt. Many of the emotional patterns that define our lives are unconscious and come from our childhood. Using the qualities of Inspirational Leaders we will show participants how to change their law of attraction to create the awesome life they deserve. This in turn will provide Sales and Service providers with the resources to create positive customer experiences.
Meeting clients emotional and business needs When clients come into your business they have business and emotional needs they want met. In service terms we have two roles, firstly to satisfy our customers business needs by giving them what they want and secondly to make it a positive experience. How we make our customers feel determines their repeat and referral business. In this unique program Inspirational Leadership delivers all the emotional resources, skills and knowledge to support sales and service providers in meeting their clients /customers emotional needs in all interactions - the key to success in every relationship and business.
The qualities of Inspirational Leaders Participants will identify inspirational leaders and their qualities, then choose key qualities they desire to be more of at work and in life.
Underlying beliefs and emotions In groups, participants will identify, understand and develop congruent beliefs, emotions and behaviours for the key qualities of Inspirational Leadership.
The psychology of how the mind works Discover how our subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns influence our behaviours and results. From conception almost we have been soaking up emotions and beliefs from our environment - some are positive while some no longer serve us and can be a barrier to achieving our goals. The apparent beliefs and emotions of inspirational leaders will be considered in this segment.
Personal beliefs and emotions Based on the qualities of inspirational leadership previously chosen to build on for work and life, participants will identify and understand their own beneficial and limiting emotional patterns.
Changing personal beliefs and emotions Participants will become proficient with the use of a range of techniques and tools to change their beliefs and emotions to develop their inspirational leadership qualities. For example, the ‘Scramble’ technique (NLP), a reactive and proactive process
The Love Factor in Inspirational Leadership
Love is an emotion that gives us energy, positively affects our immune system keeps us looking younger longer, makes us feel good and motivates us to be more. When we love our life, our job or anything we bring a positive energy to it which creates a very powerful law of attraction. Participants will learn the importance of feeling love for themselves and life in general also how to have more love in their life. Inspirational Leaders love what they do and do what they love and their customers and employers reap the rewards from being in the presence of this energy.
Personal Mission A mission statement is a combination of a vision and actions / behaviours. Participants will develop their own personal mission to easily understand their life purpose and to be in integrity with themselves as inspirational leaders.
