Carol is a dynamic speaker and facilitator who inspires and motivates her audience to get excited about their life. Carol a professional speaker and trainer since 1991 has worked with corporate, small business and individuals throughout Australia. Her core areas of expertise are Sales, Service, Leadership and Personal Development. Carol takes a holistic approach to professional development. Her aim is to work from the inside out by inspiring and motivating her audience to grow and love their life. She does this by drawing on NLP techniques, success strategies, customised activities and games. The goal of training is to create behavioural change which means a change in attitude and neurology. To begin this process it is important to move people emotionally and physically in the learning environment
Carol has enjoyed a highly successful sales and service background spanning 30 plus years in Real Estate and Training & Development. She became one of the rare female auctioneers, which provided her with an opportunity to develop her unique presentation style that is her signature today. Carol is also the author of the highly acclaimed book “How to Sell to Women.” As a result of writing her book Carol was asked by Toyota to develop a specialised training video for their sales people when they launched the Starlet car- specifically aimed at women. Carol is DISC accredited and trained in NLP. In 2007 Carol launched Success Habits Australia to promote “Creating Customers for Life” a personal development program focussed on fostering relationship, interpersonal and communication skills. The most recently launched and piloted program is "Inspirational Leadership" a program to support the growth of business though the personal and professional development of it's people. Inspirational Leadership combines life giving success strategies with communication skills to holistically develop each participant's ability to be a more positive inspirational role model in all areas of their life.
